Stripped out? If you're talking about one with no options then the dealers are jacking the price up. The only thing closest to that range is the Rubicon Unlimited which the website priced at $29,295 before the options. A well optioned off road version will hit $34k...
A well optioned Rubicon will go up to $31k easy. They stopped the Sahara in 2005...
